The committee of the Chintsa East Rate Payers Association is elected by home owners to represent them in all matters which relate to protecting their investment in Chintsa East:
We use your membership fees to assist with:
- rates queries
- refuse and sewerage removal
- road maintenance
- emergency fire response
- general beautification of the area
- or any other issues which arise.
Our office works with official structures to get service delivery for our members.
Jonathan has been a Chintsa resident since 2009 but his family connection to the town started in 1990. Since then the whole family has gravitated towards this little piece of paradise.
In stepping up to the role of CERPA Chairman, Jonathan is following in his father’s footsteps; as chairman Ettore was instrumental in getting the fire department set up in Chintsa East.
Jonathan is a passionate and committed person – his energy and creative thinking are applied to improving, building, and moving projects forward.
His vision for CERPA is to set up a solid business-like organisation that has systems in place that can be carried into the future to ensure that each new committee can hit the ground running and be a continuation of the last.
He aims to be a catalyst for unity and community involvement.
We are working hard to improve Chintsa East for all its residents and visitors
